“Beautiful Lady” is the result of demanding owner’s vision to build a high quality composite yacht which would be easily serviceable while cruising in the US. She was designed and built using all U.S. exported components to ensure ease of maintenance. This only owner made an immense number of custom changes during the construction process. The owner insisted every system be the best quality mechanical and electrical components available to the yard. “Beautiful Lady” is also professionally decorated with the highest quality fabrics and furnished with every amenity.
“Beautiful Lady” will accommodate six in three full-beam Owner and Guest Staterooms including his & hers master bath; two guest showers and two Guest Heads. Crew accommodations include one double berth and one single berth and a head and shower.
The interior wood throughout is a combination of high-gloss Bird’s Eye Maple and Piabo as can be seen in the interior photos. The Galley and heads are finished with Boticcino marble floors and walls, while the counter tops are finished in granite. The Foyer floor between the Salon and the Pilothouse, as well as the Pilothouse floor is completed in marble with granite inserts at the base of the twin helm chairs. The marble floors and walls throughout were cut from a single slab of stone and the individual tiles were than set so that the pattern of the marble was preserved like the original. Argentinean leather has been used to cover both custom made couches in the main Salon, as well as the Guest Lounge located in the Pilothouse. Leather is also used as a headliner throughout this yacht.
The electronics package is extensive and duplicate redundant equipment is installed at both the Flybridge and the Pilothouse. All of the electronics interface with a commercial quality computer, which in turn controls the autopilot. All the charts of the U.S. and the Bahamas are loaded on this computer.
The layout was completely customized to allow for maximum space for entertaining. Some of the more notable changes include pulling the Pilothouse forward to provide a spacious area for owners and guests so that everyone could be together while underway. This change created a large area with 2 Stidd helm chairs and a large lounge area with a raised table for use while entertaining. Large glass windows on the Pilothouse port and starboard Freeman doors allow maximum visibility.
Instead of the standard four-stateroom layout, the two smaller Guest Staterooms were redesigned into one large Guest Stateroom with a very large Guest head. This stateroom is the full-width of the vessel.
Access to the Engine Room was changed from the Aft Deck to the Cockpit. One set of stairs to the Cockpit were eliminated as well. These changes provided a very large Aft Deck for dining and entertaining as well as a larger Cockpit.
By extending the Pilothouse, the Flybridge also benefited. The Hardtop over the Flybridge was custom made to fit the extended size. A very large sun pad area was added aft of the bridge, which contains two extra large dry storage lockers below its large cushions. The Flybridge and the Aft Deck both provide excellent areas for entertaining, and both are equipped with Jenn Air grills and Sub-Zero Refrigerator/Freezers.
The Flybridge was fitted with an enclosure that covers the front and the two sides to protect you from the elements. This enclosure is of the highest quality and is clear of distortion. This enclosure is fitted with protective covers to help preserve its beauty and protect it from the sun and the environment during extended periods at the dock without taking the enclosure down.
