Captain: Billy JarrettCaptain: Billy Jarrett

Captain Billy Jarrett was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. He raced sailboats with his father from the time he was 10, falling in love with boating. Billy grew up in the San Juan islands and the Canadian Gulf Islands. He spent his early career yachting in the Pacific Coast, Alaska and Mexico. He then became the new build Captain at the Westport Yard, delivering AvYacht’s 34M Westport to Miami. Billy has spent the last few years as a Captain of Jopaju yachting in Cuba, the Bahamas, South Florida and the Caribbean. He moved to become the Captain of Endeavor when we added her to our fleet. Billy is an avid fisherman in his spare time. His primary concern is the guests’ safety and will make it his mission that his guests will have an amazing time on their charter.

Chief Stew: Michele Lee

Michelle was born on the beautiful Island of Oahu, Hawaii. She was working in the medical industry as a surgical assistant for fourteen years before she realized that yachting was her true calling. She is in her eighth year as a Chief Stew veteran and she is a consummate professional. She has a wonderful positive personality, loves to go fishing and snorkeling, is a hard worker and always has a smile on her face. Hospitality is her number one passion. Past yachts include: Lady Victoria 120’ Feadship, Short Games 130’ Westport, Aguarius 211’ Amels, and Julia 100’ Broward. She was also a Service Stew for private estates in Yonder Cay, Newport and Big Sky Montana.

Chef: Bobby ChildsChef: Bobby Childs

Bobby is an American culinary trained Chef holding a Basic STCW 95 with PSA, ENG 1, Serve Safe Certified Food Safety and AOS Degree in Culinary Arts. Bobby has been aboard Endeavour for nine months. He was aboard 72-meter M/Y Kogo for just over a year, initially employed as Crew Chef but frequently stepped into the Head Chef role. Bobby also spent six months on 78-meter M/Y C2 as Crew Chef working side by side with the Head Chef in preparing Kosher meals for up to 28 guests and 25 crew. Most recently he has spent a year and a half on 48-meter M/Y NorthStar. Bobby was raised in California and he completed his training at The Culinary Institute of America Greystone, then he stayed in Napa County for five years. He worked as a Chef de Partie at a Bistro, a cooking demonstration Chef and as an R&D Chef. He is very strong in preparing French, Asian and classical American dishes, but he is experienced in all.

First Mate: Sean Felzner

Sean was born and raised in Florida. He is a seasoned Captain/Engineer who has over 21 years of experience at the helm and in the yachting industry. He has enjoyed an entire lifetime on most of the world’s oceans. Being raised on a superyacht, he was involved with navigation and route planning starting at the age of 10. At that time, he served the roles of Deckhand and Engineer aboard a 180’ Feadship. By the age of 12 he was the full-time Captain of the chase boat which was a 55’ Sea Ray Sedan Bridge. In addition to Sean holding his USCG 500-ton Master he has many superior skills. He is a highly experienced, expert-level Fisherman. He is fluent in operation of any type of water sports equipment. He is an avid diver and experienced in snorkeling tours. He is also an instructor of windsurfing and small sailing craft. Sean has worked on a multitude of yachts ranging from the smallest to the largest vessels in the water. He has delivered many large yachts to distant destinations, especially in the British Virgin Islands, Bahamas and the New England area.

Engineer: Daniel Lund

Daniel is originally from San Francisco, California. He has many years of experience in yachting as both Captain and Engineer. His background in mechanics and engineering includes everything from luxury automobiles to airplanes and, of course, the marine industry — from high-speed race boats to complex commercial and private vessels. As an Engineer, he has full knowledge of all systems and maintenance, which allows the yacht to always be in its best and safest operating condition. Assisting the captain as watchman when needed, he has advanced his navigation and meteorology skills, which makes for a safe and comfortable journey. In addition to holding a USCG 200T Masters license, Dan’s list of accomplishments, certifications and interests includes sailing, private pilot, pro off-road driver of both cars and motorcycles, advanced scuba diver, and kite boarder, just to name a few. Having traveled the world by land and sea, his interests in history and cultures are ongoing. Dan says his favorite destinations are the Caribbean and cruising in the united states.

Deck Stew: Ailea Pringle

Ailea was born in Juneau, Alaska and grew up both in Alaska and Arizona. She is a bubbly person who lives life wherever it takes her. Her native tongue is English but she is trying to learn Italian. Before working on yachts, her work was based around the humpback whales feeding in Alaska. During her free time, she pursues diving, travel and spends time with family. Though she loved her humpback whales and enjoyed sharing her Alaskan backyard with others, she was eager to experience new waters. She decided to pursue yachting to continue to enjoy the sea with others. To further cement herself in this fantastic water-filled career, she obtained her PADI Divemaster’s certification, along with a USCG Captain’s license. She would like to captain her own vessel at some point in the future and work with researchers to study and heal the oceans. Her family is mainly Scottish-Irish so traveling to Scotland was very special for her. She enjoys places with a rich cultural history. Beyond her love for working on boats, she also enjoys graphic design, reading and many forms of playing outside. These activities would include fishing, hiking, camping, diving, skiing and kayaking. All in all, Ailea is an adventurous spirit who appreciates learning, meeting great people and experiencing the beautiful world around us. A cup of coffee with ocean views and a day of exploring is her idea of a good time!

Guests:  We had the best time in the Bahamas this week aboard Motor Yacht Endeavour.  We swan with nurse sharks, sea turtles (my personal favorite) snorkeled at the aquarium and dove down to an underwater piano.  Michelle (DJ Michelle for disco night) and Sara provided amazing service.  Captain Billy was very accommodating and has a fun sense of humor.  Chef Bobby is the most talented chef we have ever met and we were never hungry!  The boat was absolutely stunning the entire trip:  it was wonderful hanging out on the top deck.  We spent a lot of time up there when we weren’t in the water.  So thankful to the crew, this will forever be a trip to remember!

Guests:  Hands down best trip of my life.   This crew is out of this world!  The level of hospitality was beyond exceptions.  I have never had such an adventurous vacation while at the same time leaving you fully relaxed.  Thanks Motor Yacht Endeavour for all the fun.  I will always remember this trip!

Guests:  This crew is amazing!  So thoughtful and kind, funny and talented!  There wasn’t a need or want that wasn’t met.  The yacht is so clean and beautiful, the food amazing and the scenery absolutely breath takingly gorgeous.

Guests:  What a wonderful yacht and accommodating crew.  We had such a wonderful time.  From exploring the island to just relaxing on the yacht every moment was thoughtful and perfectly done.  So thankful for this amazing trip.
