Mark is super excited to take on his role as Captain aboard. He is a qualified RYA/MCA Yachmaster Ocean, Commercially endorsed & RYACruising Instructor. As well as being passionate about sailing, he likes keeping fit, enjoying swimming & snorkelling and is a PADI Divemaster.

He also loves motorcycling, travel and exploring new places, cultures and particularly cuisine, he will go out of his way to make your sailing holiday an experience to remember.

With the passion of sports and professional navigator, completed by his experience working at the Mediterranean as a skipper, he is lover of nautical sports.

One of his gratest passions is to explore marina fauna during diving trips. Having PADI license, he is the person that can help you to explore the bottom of the sea. Being a good communicator and a welcome person, will be the person that can help you in everything you need on board.

At the age of 16 Francois discovered his passion for food and culinary arts, and after finishing school he started Chef school and graduated in 2006. Francois worked in numerous culinary establishments, in South Aftica, and Europe, and 3 years ago started to show his passion for cooking at sea.
