Chief Stewardess: Elyse SigountosChief Stewardess: Elyse Sigountos

Elyse grew up in a small town in New Jersey, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business. After finishing college, she quickly realized a typical 9 to 5 job would never fulfill her. And so, she sold her car, moved out of her apartment, put everything into storage, and booked a one-way ticket to Europe. Her insatiable need to travel has taken her to 66 countries and all 7 continents. Along her journey, she discovered yachting as a way to maintain her travel lifestyle. For the last four years she has been serving guests in the Caribbean, Bahamas, New England, and Europe. In her spare time, you can find her in a local yoga class, hiking a nearby trail, or planning her next trip abroad.

DECKHAND: Johannes SchutteDECKHAND: Johannes Schutte

Johannes grew up on the southern coast of South

Africa, where he was introduced at a young age to a

variety of water sports including spearfishing, free

diving, and surfing. With his love of the ocean, he

became a surf instructor. He began his career in

yachting several years ago on a sailboat. He has

crossed the Atlantic and sailed up the east coast of the

United States to Canada. Along his route he was able

to gain valuable charter experience.

2nd Stewardess: Jamie Bredenkamp2nd Stewardess: Jamie Bredenkamp

Jamie grew up in the inland city of Johannesburg, South Africa. After school she studied event management and worked in the industry for 3 years. She was always drawn to the ocean and took every chance she could to travel down to the coastlines of South Africa. She traveled to Europe on holiday in 2014 and this sparked a great interest in traveling abroad, she decided she wanted to see as much of the world as possible. With her pull to the ocean and passion for traveling it seemed an obvious choice to work in the yachting industry. When she has time on her hands she enjoys water sports, fitness, and experiencing as much of her surroundings as possible. Its always her pleasure to make people happy and comfortable.

Rotational Chef: Kiera LukasRotational Chef: Kiera Lukas

Family and roots are where it all started for Chef Keira. From her family’s immigration from Greece, Keira’s love and passion for all thing’s food began at an early age. Growing up in the suburbs of Massachusetts, she would spend time making dinners with her family, extended family and friends. Keira’s love for the water began with fishing with her father. From the age of 15 she worked in restaurants and hotels in Boston, New York City and Seattle. From the restaurant world she embarked upon becoming a private chef and leading teams as an executive lead chef for boutique catering companies in New York City. Her love of food, the water, and bringing people together brought her to the world of yachting. Family, friends and creating memorable experiences for people is the most important thing to her. Her style of cooking is fresh, authentic, and organic, with flavors that invoke emotion. Some of her favorite styles of cooking are Mediterranean, Asian, and artisanal. Keira is constantly in search of new cuisines from all over the globe widening her experience and culinary repertoire. She is excited and elated to try new things and put them together for her guests! Outside of work, Keira enjoys anything aquatic, traveling the world, meeting people from different cultures, art, volunteer work, organic agriculture/ aquaculture, horseback riding, hiking and nature. Chef Keira brings her passion and love into what she does and looks forward to creating a memorable experience for you!
