Machinery

Consumption based on both main engines plus generator power:
- Economical Speed 10 knots @ 80l/hr (21 US gallons per hour).
- Cruising Speed 14.5 knots @ 335l/hr (89 US gallons per hour).
- Maximum Speed 17 knots @ 700l/hr (185 US gallons per hour).
Bow thruster:
- A hydraulic twin propeller bow thruster with a capacity of 65 kW.
Stabilisation:
- A CMC electrical driven fin stabilisation system will be installed for stabilisation under way and at anchor.
Generator & Auxiliary Systems
- Automatic humidity control.
- Ducted fresh air make-up.
- Low speed, low noise and evenly distributed in each room.
Cooling water system:
- Two steel galvanised seawater inlet stand pipes will be installed in the forward part of the engine room and each inlet has a capacity to supply the two main engines and one generator on cruising speed.
- A Marine Growth Prevention System (MGPS) will be installed to protect piping and systems containing seawater water installed in the engine room.
Hydraulic system:
- The vessel will be equipped with a central hydraulic installation comprising two PTO hydraulic pumps, each driven by one of the main engines.

- Passarelle hatch
- Overhead crane
- Windlasses
- Capstans
Bilge system:
- One general service pump will be installed in the engine room and a second diesel engine driven emergency.
- An IMO-approved RWO oil/ water separator will be installed for the engine room bilge water (type OWS Skit, capacity 250l/h) pump will be located in the lazarette.
Air pressure system:
- Air compressor(s) will be installed in the lazarette and it will have a suitable pressure buffer container(s).
Sanitary discharge system:
- Two polyethylene collection tanks will be installed in the guest bilge area, one for grey and one for black water.
- A Hamann sewage treatment system with a capacity of approx. 5.000 l/day is installed with a dedicated pump to transfer water from the waste tank to the treatment equipment.
HVAC systems:
- Two air ventilation openings with gratings will be integrated in the side of the superstructure at bridge deck: one for the air intake (starboard) and the other for the air outlet (port side) of the engine room.
Generators:
- Two generators, each with a capacity of approx. 70kW, will be installed on vibration dampers in a soundproof housing and mass-free.
Shore connections and supply:
- System is designed for 400V EUROPE.
Safety & Security Equipment
Fire alarm:
- A fire alarm will be installed with a monitoring and control panel in the wheelhouse. The fire alarm system consists of:
- Smoke and heat detectors
- Sounder/optical indicators
- Flashlights in the engine room
- Manual call points
- Test gas bottle
Fire protection:
- The two pumps of the bilge system can be used for firefighting with seawater.
- Fire hose connections will be installed in several locations throughout the vessel in accordance with the regulations.
- A manual, remote-controlled NOVEC fire extinguishing system with a release handle outside the engine room will be installed for the engine room. The bottle will be placed in the lazarette.
- Freestanding fire extinguishers will be positioned in technical areas and in the accommodation areas according to regulations.
Safety:
- Two (02) Sailor SART (Search and Rescue Transponder)
- One (01) Sailor EPIRB
- Two (02) Sailor Handheld VHF GMDSS
- Two (02) Sailor Handheld UHF ATEX
- Twenty (20) immersion suits will be supplied.

CCTV:
- 3 CCTV cameras with pan, zoom and tilt functions will be installed, the cameras will be installed at the following locations:
- One in the engine room
- One in the lazarette
- One on the aft deck SB
- One on the aft deck PS
- The cameras will be integrated in the monitoring, control and alarm system (MC&A) and be controlled via the touchscreens.

Deck Equipment
Underwater lights:
- Ten (10) underwater lights will be installed, four (4) in the stern and three (3) on each side of the swim platform. The lights will be white LED and non-dimmable.
Anchors, chain and provisions:
- Two galvanised steel balanced Pool-N anchors will be installed, each weighing 240 kg.
- The chains will be made of 17.5 mm (U2) stud link galvanised steel, and will both be 137,5m long.
- The chains will be stowed in a watertight chain well in the forepeak, accessible via a deck scuttle hatch under which a stainless steel ladder is located.
Anchor winches and provisions:
- Two hydraulic driven windlasses, MUIR VCR 8000, combined with capstans will be installed on the foredeck.
- They can be reversible and two speed operated by remote control with a cable, and two footswitches to operate on low speed in clockwise and counter clockwise direction.
Capstans:
- Two hydraulic driven capstans, MUIR VC4000, will be installed between the bollards on the aft deck. The hauling drum will be made of stainless steel and can operate reversible.
Passerelle:
- A hydraulic passerelle will be installed in the aft deck arrangement at port side of the vessel.
Boarding ladders:
- A removable carbon, side-boarding ladder will be supplied with wooden cladded steps.
- This boarding ladder can be installed in both door openings at the sides using special fastening brackets.
Decking:
- The main deck, bridge deck, fore deck and swimming platform as well as all the exterior steps will be covered with teak.
Railing:
- A 70 x 45 mm high polished stainless steel oval top railing with 38mm stanchions and 32mm round middle bar will be mounted on the bulwark of the main deck aft.
Sun awnings:
- Sun awning systems including carbon poles, storage bags, special sun awning fabric, (colour to be selected by Buyer) will be installed on the following locations:
- Bridge deck forward
- Bridge deck aft
- Sun deck aft
Hydraulic Swim platform:
- A hydraulic swimming platform will be integrated in the swimming platform.
- Two manual closing hatches, as recess cover, in a lightweight composite structure covered with light weight wooden deck are provided.
