Boarding is made simple for either a port or starboard tie as there are cockpit access gates located on both sides of the vessel.
Speaking of the tender, it is a 2022 East Marine aluminum hull hard bottom inflatable Ultralight Model 390, powered by a 20HP Tohatsu 4 stroke engine. Operation is made simple and convenient for those longer trips with electric start, a two-person bench seat and a full console as well as a built in fuel tank!
Up three steps from the swim platform, through the locking gate and you arrive at the large cockpit. This area is an entertainer’s dream! Natural teak flooring continues throughout the cockpit. There is a large seating area at the rear behind the high gloss finished fixed teak table. New cushions are in place making this area a very attractive gathering place. Entertainment is provided with a cockpit stereo system and there are also curtains that lower from the hard top directly above, providing both privacy and shade from the sun when needed. You could easily seat 10 adults in this wonderful space!
As you progress forward from the cockpit, you will enter the enclosed space through a wall of sliding glass doors. This will place you directly in the aft galley. This set up makes food/beverage preparation and serving ideal for the cockpit as well as the salon area located up 2 steps forward of the galley. The galley area, located on the starboard side is nicely equipped with a full-size Isotherm marine refrigerator, 3 burner Meile electric solid surface cook top, a Meile microwave/convection oven, and a large stainless-steel sink. Clean up at the end of the cruise is also made simple with the Fisher-Paykel drawer dishwasher, also located tastefully concealed behind a wood cabinet face. Solid surface counter tops complete the clean, Euro look of this area. There is also commodious storage areas for dishes, glassware, supplies, etc.
Located directly across from the galley area and to port, you will find a combination Asko clothes washer/dryer tastefully hidden behind wooden cabinetry doors, as well as plenty of lockers for storage, laundry supplies, etc.
Moving forward and up two steps from the galley area will take you to the salon area. As you step into this area, you will impressed by the sheer volume of space as there are no walls blocking conversation or impeding the view of those in the galley, salon and lower helm station, just as it should be!
Once in the salon area you will find a comfortable conversation to port with wrap around seating and a fixed table with seats located under it. This area will easily seat 8 people for a meal, game night or to watch the flat screen TV that raises from behind the starboard side bar area. The bar is well equipped with a 14-bottle wine fridge for the sommelier in your group, as well as a U-Line refrigerator/ice maker as well as bottle and glass storage, everything the discerning host will need to entertain!
Immediately forward of the bar area is the lower helm station. This is an attractive option when the weather makes operation from the fly bridge station uncomfortable. The lower helm is served with twin leather finished Treben power seats, a Cumming digital engine display, dual Garmin 8612 multi-function displays, one of which is also interfaced and programmed to display engine data, a Garmin auto pilot control, rudder angle indicator, a Garmin VHF 2000 radio, Exacto windshield wiper controls, Bennet trim tab controls, Quick anchor windlass control and digital electronic engine controls. Docking is also made easier with the bow and stern thrusters! This control center should satisfy even the saltiest of Captains!!
Forward and down 7 steps will take you to the commodious accommodations level. Here you will find 3 cabins and two heads. Starting aft with the master stateroom, you will enter your own private paradise. This full-beam area is quite large and open, with natural light filtering in from large windows built into the port and starboard hull sides. There is a very comfortable port side seating area for two with a built-in table in the middle that also contains a make-up area located under the hinged tabletop. Entertainment is provided with a 40” Samsung smart TV and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD player. Sleep will come easily as you settle into your king size, center line bed. Each cabin also has its own dedicated HVAC system for individual preference. There are tons of storage in the starboard side wardrobe, as well as a large hanging locker. Privacy is also ensured with an ensuite head complete with a Tecma macerating toilet, large shower and vanity.
Moving towards the bow from the master stateroom you will find a door opening into the shared, port side head. It also has a Tecma macerating head, large shower and vanity.
Directly to starboard from the second head is the smaller of the three cabins. This is a perfect place for children or grandchildren as there are two single berths.
At the forward end of the hall you will find the door to the VIP cabin. This area is serviced with a centerline queen berth, a 32” Samsung smart TV, private access to the second head, two large hanging lockets, large drawers located under the bed and finally a ceiling hatch to allow in ambient light or a nice breeze when weather conditions allow!
As we exit the interior of the vessel and continue our inspection of the exterior moving towards the bow, you will be very pleased with the wide side decks, well protected with deep sills as well as a stainless-steel safety railing. This enables safe transit at sea as well as plenty of room for line and fender handling when departing or approaching a dock. There is also a “bunny pad” located on the forward deck for the sun worshipers.
Again, starting in the cockpit, you will ascend stairs to the fly bridge area. As you enter this area, you will be shocked by the sheer volume of it as well as the various seating and lounging options! You could easily put 16 adults up here and still have room left over. Shade is provided by a new in 2024, Bimini top. Again, all the cushions/soft goods up here have been recently replaced. There is also a double helm seat with a repeat of all the controls and equipment found at the lower helm. Entertainment is made easy with a starboard side bar area containing a Kenyon electric grill as well as a refrigerator for cold drinks and a sink.
Transitioning back to the swim platform, you will see a pantographic door located in the center that provides access to both the crew quarters and the spacious engine room.
Once through this door, you will descend several steps and find yourself in a very comfortable, brightly lit crew area containing two separate single berths, a control for the dedicated HVAC system as well as a flat panel TV. Immediately forward from this area is the crew head. This area contains a “wet head” complete with another Tecma toilet and a vanity. This area is perfect for teenagers to have the own “space” or for those occasions you choose to travel with crew.
Again, moving forward from the crew head will take you into the brightly lit, spacious engine room. It is in this area that all key systems live. There are 6 reverse cycle Dometic AC systems, providing redundancy should any one system fail, unlike a chilled water system, where if the chiller goes out of service, there is no heart or AC anywhere in the vessel. The Kohler 20KW generator, with 690 hours on it is located to port inside a sound enclosure. Raw water to all systems is supplied through a common sea chest, reducing the number of through hull holes! The twin Cummins engines are fed clean fuel through Racor 1000MA fuel filters equipped with vacuum gauges, allowing you to see the condition of the filters and perform any needed maintenance before it becomes an issue! This area is also home to the Water Makers 600GPD water maker, ensuring you always have a ready supply of potable water wherever you are!
For the things you cannot see, this boat also had fresh bottom paint, running gear anti-fouling paint and the hydraulic swim platform services in April of this year!
In summary, this vessel is in beautiful condition, has low hours, and is constantly maintained by an experienced yachtsman! If you are seeking an exception yacht, designed for premium entertaining and travel, your search is over. She is all serviced and ready to take her new owner to their dream destination!
