Refit Upgrades 2021-2022

A very detailed and well-documented refit took place in 2021 and 2022. An assessment of the yacht was made after purchase and every single recommendation was repaired or replaced during her refit/yard period. The yacht was then re-surveyed for validity and all services and repairs were found to be complete and satisfactory. Items included in the refit are as follows but not limited to:

  • Luu Marine completely sanded stripped and repainted all top sides and hull sides using Matterhorn white Awlgrip HDT paint
  • Reef and re-caulk all windows
  • Remove shafts and props and install new cutlass bearings and shaft seals and realign
  • Strip and repaint bottom with barrier coat and bottom paint 
  • All new soft goods and bedding, reupholster sofas and settees, all new exterior cushions and covers
  • Re-varnish and paint all interior surfaces
  • Install new Amtico teak and Holley flooring and all new carpeting 
  • Convert all lighting over to LED lighting
  • Remove and rebuild entire sea chest system and isolate the HVAC and install a dedicated thru-hull fitting 
  • Replace HVAC system with new Dometic chillers and frequency drives
  • Install new hot water heater and circulation pump
  • Repaint engines and install new custom-made infinity woven carpets in the engine room
  • Install new watermaker
  • New air compressor In the engine room
